Your car and all the crew are going to enjoy each other if there will be no trouble while on the road. It is always a must to have everything prepared in advance. Last hour preparation is going to be a big catastrophe for you and the crew. Never forget those medicine and supplements that you always have such as sleeping aids . Road trip is not definitely a thing of the past. Flying is a good experience but road trip is far more exciting. Most statistics prove that a lot of Americans use their auto for road trips to family visits, meetings and vacation. individuals have come to like the classic american road trip than wasting their time arguing with some airline staff.

Check if auto is clean and in A shape

Clean all the mess, even those hair from your dog must go. So you don't get all smelly and messy during your trip. Take your auto to a car tune up station before any road trip. Make sure the smoke is fine, blue smoke during start-up may tell you an engine problems. It might be too late and get all those troubles while you are already on the road. Make these thing handy: car repair kit, a couple of tires and the phone number of the nearest mechanic.

Having your knowledge in navigation is vital to any trip, always have a map with you. Always check your route and mark out your way, those possible stops like gasoline stations and lodges. It's never too late to have some side trips to some nice places along the way. Nice spots that are new to us are one reason why we wanted a road trip instead of flying. When drivers wants to pull over anywhere and anytime then they can, that's the beauty of road trip. You can't help but test your luck by stopping on a fully booked inn. A peak seasons and some hotel renovations are only a few of those reasons why those motels and inns are booked up. It is always better to plan ahead of time.

Snacks, entertainment and gas

Budget your food and always choose snacks that are healthy and inexpensive. You can stay within your budget by buying cheaper econo size foods and sodas. Also, bring a cooler with you and stuffed it with bottle water and less cola than purchasing it on every stop which is much more costly. Make sure you got some entertainment like LCD players and car stereo like bluetooth car stereo . Make a list of cheap gasoline station on your route. You can save gas while driving by: turning off the AC , ease off on those pedal before a stop sign and take off in a slow mode. Wasted gas, pricey snack and boring road trip should not be part of your list.
