It usually surprises me the amount of dollars folks spend on craze diets and impotent work out methods. There seems to be a whole industry built around fruitless weight loss products and billions of dollars are being spent on these fruitless products every year. I am convinced that if this industry was regulated like the drug industry, many of these fad companies would be put out of the industry!

I have spent many years in the industry and have helped numerous folks lose pounds. I am not going to talk about a meal substitution shake because there are many fantastic ones and it is not in the scope of this news article but some criteria you should be looking for are high-protein, low-fat, vitamin fortified and high nutrition. Meal substitution shakes may take a bit of getting used to but this method is extremely effective for reducing weight.


(2).Dietary Supplements: 95% of weight loss pills do not work or have very small impacts on weight. These particular supplements have seen close examination and even negative action from governmental bodies for dishonest promises and dishonest advertising. There are many more benefits that I could list! The average individual should consume 64 fl ounces of water per day. I find many women are cautious about "water weight" and consume extremely little water (if any). This is a big error. People Must have water to lose weight and the more the better!
