Rwanda is full of activities, adventure and sites to see. One of the many stops that must be made during a vacation or trip is to Akagera National Park, which offers breathtaking views and indescribable sites you may never see again. Akagera national park is located at the lower altitudes of the Tanzanian border. What you will find is that it is dominated mostly by swamps and lakes that are actually quite magnificent. All of the swamps and lakes follow the course of the Akagera River, which is one of the main sources of the River Nile.

Something that you must do while visiting the national park is take in all of the animals that surround the area. Giraffes and zebras flood the savannah with more than a dozen different types of antelope as well.
